What it is
InvoiceKoi is an invoicing app designed for electricians, plumbers, builders, cleaners and other trades who do their paperwork on the job. It creates estimates, invoices and receipts on a phone and keeps working offline, so documents can be drafted in basements or lofts with no signal. An estimate can become an invoice in one tap, and saved clients, a personal price book and overdue invoice tracking reduce retyping. Online features include AI receipt scanning, voice-to-invoice entry, cloud photo backup and client card payments through Stripe links. Drafting is free without an account, and a subscription is needed to send documents. The app is on Google Play, with an iPhone version in App Store review.
